Classic 1960's bow-wow Yoy-yoy wah pedal. The issue was the original switch was broken, after replacing that everything was working great.
2022-12-06: As for repair, this one needed some rewiring. The original switch had been gutted and bypassed, so I replaced it with a standard x wing switch. Oddly enough for the 1960's, these were wired true bypass stock. After that a good cleaning was required to get everything back working the way it should. Instead of the usual output dongle, I repurposed one of the two original input jacks for the output. I mage a new bottom panel and added rubber feet as the originals were missing.
