A good cleaning brought this one back to life, but the fuzz pot was pretty damaged. I got lucky and was able to find a NOS correct period replacement that worked perfect. For the missing label plate I made my own repo graphic since it's basically unobtainium at this point.
2022-05-22: The original pot is a dual pot 10k for the Fuzz 1k for the wah volume, but the 10k fuzz had damage in the taper. I was able to source a vintage replacement, not cheap but it's correct.
